Refund & Exchange Criteria
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

How to return or exchange your ordered item
- Inform us (via mail or call our customer care) about the product you want to return and our customer care operator will contact you within 24-hours of acknowledgment.
- Pack the product with a copy of original invoice and order details.
- Send the parcel on the address mentioned on the delivery package.
